33 Collier County Restaurants Earn Perfect First Inspections in May 2026
NAPLES, Fla. — Thirty-three restaurants, catering businesses, food service operators and hospitality venues across Collier County earned a perfect score during their first state sanitation and safety inspection in May 2026, according to records from Florida’s Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
The inspections are conducted to evaluate food safety practices, employee hygiene, food storage, sanitation procedures and overall compliance with state regulations. Establishments that pass their first inspection with zero violations demonstrate full compliance with inspection standards on the day they were visited.
While dozens of businesses achieved perfect inspections, 43 establishments did not pass their initial inspections and received warnings, administrative complaint recommendations, emergency order recommendations, or callback inspections.

What the Inspection Results Mean
State officials emphasize that inspection reports represent a snapshot in time. Conditions observed during an inspection may not reflect the establishment’s long-term operating practices. Restaurants often correct violations immediately or shortly after inspectors identify them.
The Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants notes that an establishment may have fewer or more violations on any given day than those listed in its most recent report, and consumers should view inspection records as one tool among many when evaluating food service establishments.
This version is formatted like a local newspaper report while preserving the complete list of all 33 zero-violation establishments.
Disclaimer: These records are sanitation and safety inspections conducted by the Division of Hotels and Restaurants on public food service establishments. Each inspection report is a “snapshot” of conditions present at the time of the inspection. On any given day, an establishment may have fewer or more violations than noted in their most recent inspection. An inspection conducted on any given day may not be representative of the overall, long-term conditions at the establishment. Information is updated weekly or you can search for the most recent records for a particular establishment using the DBPR Online Services.
