iPhone

For iPhone users:

• Go to Settings on the home screen (the icon that looks like a gear).
• Scroll down to apps, which is at the bottom. Select that.
• Scroll down to “Phone.” Select that.
• Scroll down and look for the option that says “Silence Unknown Callers.” Tap that.
• On the next screen, toggle the “Silence Unknown Callers” button to green.

Android

For Android users:

• Touch the Phone app on the home screen.
  • On the next screen, tap on “keypad” at the bottom.
• In the upper right-hand corner, you’ll see three vertical dots.
• Tap the dots and then tap the word “Settings.”
• The next screen says “Call Settings” at the top.
• Tap “Block numbers.”
• On the next screen, you’ll see the option to “Block calls from unknown numbers.” Toggle that button to green.
