What It Means for Diners

A failed first inspection does not necessarily mean a restaurant is unsafe, but it does indicate issues that inspectors require to be corrected, sometimes immediately. Many establishments pass follow-up inspections after addressing the violations.

For diners, the takeaway is simple: Collier County’s inspection system continues to catch problems early β€” and also reward restaurants that get it right the first time.
