Naples Teen Arrested After Allegedly Calling for Violence Against ICE Agents Online

NAPLES, Fla. — A Naples teenager was arrested Friday afternoon after authorities say he made violent threats against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents on social media.

According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO), investigators began looking into the case after receiving a tip about a social media post that allegedly called for the murder of ICE agents. Deputies said the post was traced to Holden Manning, 18, of Naples.

The sheriff’s office said Manning is accused of authoring and posting the message, prompting an investigation that led to his arrest.

Manning now faces a felony charge of making written threats to kill, do bodily injury, or conduct a mass shooting or an act of terrorism, according to CCSO.

Authorities did not release details about the specific platform where the post appeared or whether the threat was directed at specific individuals. The investigation remains ongoing.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office emphasized that it takes threats of violence seriously, particularly those targeting law enforcement, and urged the public to report concerning online activity.

Manning’s booking information and court appearance details were not immediately available. As with all cases, he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
