NAPLES, Fla. — State health inspectors across Collier County released their latest round of restaurant inspection results for January 2026, revealing a sharp divide between establishments that achieved spotless compliance and those requiring corrective action.
According to inspection records, 19 restaurants and food service operators passed their first inspection with zero violations, earning a rare clean report in an industry where even minor infractions are common.
Meanwhile, 38 other restaurants did not pass their initial inspection, receiving warnings, administrative complaint recommendations, call-backs, or even emergency enforcement actions.
