The new upscale development, designed for car enthusiasts and collectors alike, will offer three state-of-the-art buildings tailored to house prized cars, motorcycles, RVs, and even large boats. Unlike traditional storage, each unit will feature a private mezzanine — perfect for entertaining guests, watching the big game, or simply admiring one’s automotive investments from above.

“Marco Luxe isn’t just a garage — it’s a lifestyle,” said developer Tony Alvarez, who confirmed that all units, priced between $1.05 million and $1.3 million, were sold out during preconstruction. “Buyers know what they want, and they’re willing to pay for security, privacy, and a stunning place to enjoy their vehicles.”

Located in a prime area of Marco Island with easy access to marinas and major thoroughfares, the facility will provide 24/7 security, climate control, high ceilings for lift installations, and optional customization packages.
