Marco Island Rolls Out the Red Carpet for Luxury Car Condos: “Marco Luxe Motor Condos” Sells Out in Pre-construction
Marco Island’s appetite for high-end storage space is accelerating into high gear. The city is gearing up to welcome its second luxury vehicle condominium complex, as “Marco Luxe Motor Condos” has officially sold out — before a single wall has gone up.
The new upscale development, designed for car enthusiasts and collectors alike, will offer three state-of-the-art buildings tailored to house prized cars, motorcycles, RVs, and even large boats. Unlike traditional storage, each unit will feature a private mezzanine — perfect for entertaining guests, watching the big game, or simply admiring one’s automotive investments from above.
“Marco Luxe isn’t just a garage — it’s a lifestyle,” said developer Tony Alvarez, who confirmed that all units, priced between $1.05 million and $1.3 million, were sold out during preconstruction. “Buyers know what they want, and they’re willing to pay for security, privacy, and a stunning place to enjoy their vehicles.”
Located in a prime area of Marco Island with easy access to marinas and major thoroughfares, the facility will provide 24/7 security, climate control, high ceilings for lift installations, and optional customization packages. The mezzanine lounges are designed with luxury finishes, making them ideal for private gatherings, man caves, or even as remote workspaces.
This marks the second facility of its kind on Marco Island, signaling a rising trend among affluent residents who want more than just a place to park. With land scarce and garages increasingly being used for overflow storage, luxury vehicle condos are filling a niche between passion and practicality.
Construction is expected to break ground this fall with completion slated for late 2026. While no additional units are currently available, Alvarez hinted that a waiting list is growing for potential future expansions.
As Marco Island continues to evolve as a destination for high-end living and lifestyle innovation, one thing’s for certain: even the cars are living in luxury.
