What the Reports Mean
Inspection reports are snapshots of conditions observed at the time of inspection. An establishment may have fewer or more violations on any given day than reflected in its most recent report. Conditions can change between inspections, and the records may not represent long-term trends.
Inspection information is updated weekly through the state’s Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
