Marco Island Academy took care of business in their home opener on Friday. They snuck past the
 with an 18-12 victory.
This is the second loss in a row for West Oaks Academy and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marco Island Academy will challenge Central Florida Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for West Oaks Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won’t be playing again for a while. They’ll take on Faith Christian at 6:00 p.m. on September 5.
