Marco Island Rolls Out the Red Carpet for Luxury Car Condos: “Marco Luxe Motor Condos” Sells Out in Pre-construction

Marco Island’s demand for upscale storage is shifting into overdrive. The city is set to welcome its second luxury vehicle condominium complex as “Marco Luxe Motor Condos” has officially sold out—before a single brick has been laid.

This high-end development, crafted for car collectors and enthusiasts, will feature three cutting-edge buildings designed to house prized cars, motorcycles, RVs, and even large boats. But it’s far from ordinary storage: each unit includes a private mezzanine, perfect for entertaining guests, catching the big game, or simply admiring automotive treasures from above.

“Marco Luxe isn’t just a garage—it’s a lifestyle,” said developer Tony Alvarez, confirming that every unit, priced between $1.05 million and $1.3 million, sold out during preconstruction. “Buyers know exactly what they want—security, privacy, and a stunning space to enjoy their vehicles.”

Strategically located in a prime Marco Island spot with easy access to marinas and main roads, the facility will offer 24/7 security, climate control, soaring ceilings for lifts, and customizable options. The mezzanine lounges will feature luxury finishes, making them ideal for private hangouts, man caves, or even stylish remote offices.

As the second luxury motor condo on the island, this project reflects a growing trend among affluent residents seeking more than just parking. With land limited and traditional garages increasingly overloaded, these upscale condos are carving out a niche at the crossroads of passion and practicality.

Construction is slated to begin this fall, with completion expected by late 2026. While no new units are currently available, Alvarez teased a growing waitlist for potential future phases.

As Marco Island continues to rise as a hub of luxury living and lifestyle innovation, one thing is clear: even the cars here are enjoying the high life.
