“Marco Luxe isn’t just a garage—it’s a lifestyle,” said developer Tony Alvarez, confirming that every unit, priced between $1.05 million and $1.3 million, sold out during preconstruction. “Buyers know exactly what they want—security, privacy, and a stunning space to enjoy their vehicles.”

Strategically located in a prime Marco Island spot with easy access to marinas and main roads, the facility will offer 24/7 security, climate control, soaring ceilings for lifts, and customizable options.
