Woman Stabbed in Golden Gate Home Invasion, Deputies Report
COLLIER COUNTY, Florida. — A woman was seriously injured during a home invasion early Monday morning in Golden Gate, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies responded around 5:04 a.m. to a residence in the 5200 block of 24th Avenue Southwest, where an unknown suspect had broken into the home. The intruder stabbed an adult woman before fleeing the scene prior to deputies’ arrival.

The victim was airlifted by Med Flight to a nearby trauma center with serious injuries. Her current condition has not been disclosed.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains active. Authorities have not yet provided a description of the suspect.
