A new round of state restaurant inspection reports across Collier County revealed a sharp contrast in food safety performance during late April and May 2026.

According to inspection records from Florida’s Division of Hotels and Restaurants, 27 establishments passed their first inspections with zero violations, while 52 others failed initial inspections and received warnings, administrative complaints, or emergency action recommendations.

The inspections provide a snapshot of sanitation and food safety conditions at the time inspectors visited each establishment.

27 Restaurants and Food Businesses With Zero Violations

Restaurants That Did Not Pass Initial Inspections

State inspectors also flagged dozens of establishments for sanitation and safety concerns ranging from basic warnings to severe enforcement recommendations.

Among the most serious cases:

  • LA CASA DEL TACO MOLCAJETES received an Emergency Order Recommended notice on May 14.

  • WHISKEY PARK received both a Warning Issued notice and an Emergency Order Recommended designation during separate inspections in early May.

  • VERONA GRILL and CAVO LOUNGE both received emergency order recommendations and later callback extensions.

  • Several high-profile restaurants in downtown Naples, including BICE, BARBATELLA, MOLTO, SEA SALT, and OSTERIA TULIA & BAR TULIA, were cited for violations leading to administrative complaints or warnings.
