A 30-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself inside a McDonaldβs restaurant in Collier County before attempting to follow a woman outside, according to investigators.
The Collier County Sheriffβs Office said deputies were called to the restaurant following reports of an alleged sex crime.
According to an arrest report, witnesses told deputies the suspect exposed himself inside the restaurant and then attempted to follow a woman as she left the premises.
When deputies arrived, employees alerted them that the man was trying to leave the restaurant. Officers stopped a vehicle leaving the parking lot, where they identified the driver as Jonhley Saint Juste, 30, who matched the description provided by witnesses.
Investigators say Saint Juste admitted exposing himself after deputies informed him that the incident had been captured on the restaurantβs surveillance cameras.
He was taken into custody without further incident.
Saint Juste has been charged with indecent exposure. Court records will determine when he is next due to appear before a judge.
The investigation remains with the Collier County Sheriffβs Office.
