• The summer snook bite continues to be outstanding.

• Fish are holding around mangrove shorelines, docks, passes and beaches.

🐟 Redfish: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

• Found around oyster bars and mangrove shorelines.

• Early morning incoming tides are producing the best results.

🐟 Tarpon: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

• Smaller “resident” tarpon remain active in the backcountry.

• Early morning rolling fish can still be found around creek mouths and bridges.

🐟 Mangrove Snapper: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

• One of the hottest bites of July.

• Mangrove edges and nearshore reefs are producing steady catches.

🦈 Sharks: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

• Bull, lemon and bonnethead sharks remain active throughout the backwaters.

• Generally calm during the morning.

• Light onshore breezes becoming moderate during the afternoon.
